Since many of the items from the site are vintage items there will be no link taking you to the supplies. These are all examples which can be duplicated or altered in many ways. I urge you not to box yourself in but, to use your imagination. Many times stones, settings, filigrees, etc can be substituted for other shapes and sizes for a similar look or even a completely different look.
