Price listied is for each frame embellishment. These are approximately 40mm by 32mm steel purse frame embellishments. I ordred these thinking they were small purse hinge frames. THEY ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL PURSE HINGES. THE ARE EMBELLISHMENTS. They have prongs on the back side to close down around fabric. However, there is no way to make them functional for a purse. I am not exactly sure how they were used. My best suggestion would be if you want to add fabric and frame them making them look like a purse or possibly you could use them as and accent on a pocket of a purse. The manufacturer could not even give me clues as to original purpose of this item.
