On the front are five pronges for holding down a stone, but finding a stone to fit these may be next to impossible. Instead you may want to cut the prongs off and make your own collage of stones. These are a little dirty from age and you may want to polish them.

Price listed is for each brass finding. They measure approximately 2" by .85" on one side and 3/4" by .85" on the other. There is a small part of the brass that is curled under like it could be used with a hinge. You can use this as a bail or setting for a large stone. The texture is ribbed on top and smooth on the inside. These are actually parts of a money clip. There is another piece that would normally hinge to it. A number of these pieces are partially brass and partially silver. It looks like someone started to plate them or enameled them. I can't really tell. However, the silver does not polish out.
