I believe these hooks were actually for coats or belts and that there originally was a second side that had a hook. The picture shows both sides of the hook. The back side has two hooks for sewing on to fabric. The front side has an antique silver finish. They measure about 2 1/2" long by 1 1/2" wide. These would be great for necklace displays. Just snip off the loops on the back and put a screw in it and hang your necklaces from the hook. Or you could use two with a loop or ring to close them. I have even thought about using them to hang curtains.
