They have a pronged recess in the center for an 18mm by 13mm flat back oval stone. There are four small recesses around the edge of the setting that could possibly fit 1mm round flat back rhinestones. THESE DO NOT HAVE A RING, but you could easily attach jump rings to the loops on the edge and use these as pendants. The backs are not flat but have a small 3mm raised bump in the center.

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH OUR LAST BATCH OF PLATING. THE UNDER COATING WAS PUT ON TOO THICK WHICH HAS CAUSED THE PLATING TO CRACK WHEN THE PRONGS ARE BENT. THE PLATING LOOKED GOOD, SO WAS MIXED IN WITH THE STOCK ON HAND. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN MARKED DOWN TO MOVE. YOU COULD GET ALL BAD PLATING OR ALL GOOD OR A MIXTURE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK EVER PRONG ON EVERY ITEM. IF YOU ARE SELLING HIGH END PIECES YOU DO NOT WANT THIS ITEM AT THIS TIME. THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGES ON THIS ITEM.
