Price listed is for four brass settings. These are snap in settings that the manufacturer states are made for 10mm by 7mm pear shaped stones. However, they work great with 9mm by 7mm egg shaped stones. Which I currently have a large stock of. I also tried them with 10mm by 6mm pears. They work well. However, you have two squeeze the bottom two prongs together slightly before you set the stone. These are for pointed back stones. The stones are meant to sit up in the prongs. They do not rest on the bottoms of the settings. In a pinch you should be able to use them with high dome flat back pear shaped stones.
