If an order is placed and it comes back to us as unclaimed, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs to reship the package. If the customer prefers to have us cancel the order, we will do so. In that instance, we will refund the merchandise total less a 15% restocking fee. If you have a problem with customs not notifying you that they are holding a package for you, you may not want to order. The same thing will apply if you have given us a wrong address or incomplete address.
You may want to consider an international postal service to consolidate all your orders placed with companies located in the USA. Bongo International is a popular international postal service and is used by Amazon.com for example.
